Located in the historic 7th Avenue Parkway is an original Jacques Benedict home. This home was extensively remodeled with new finishes throughout that were “true” to a home built in the 1920’s. The finish selection process was driven by the phrase “remain sympathetic to the original architecture”. Salvaged tile from a thousand-year-old abbey in France demonstrates that thought process. Hidden behind the details are all new mechanical systems to update the comfort and convenience of modern day living.
